Replacement Lid - Port 40oz Stainless Steel Tumbler With Handle

"I haven’t even had a chance to test or enjoy the product yet. Imagine handing your daughter a package with the much anticipated replacement lid for her favorite cup. She goes and opens it only to find ants crawling all over the inside of what was a tightly sealed box. Unacceptable. After I finish dealing with this issue and clean up I’ll see how the lid works. Hopefully it’s worth the headaches…."

Great lid; not so great fit/seal

"It’s a great lid and has about everything in my old one (handle, no straw option, can work for left handed drinkers). My old lid broke so I looked for the identical version that matched all the descriptions on my tumbler. When I tried the new one on my tumbler, it looked like it fit perfectly, but when I actually went to use it, tons of water leaked through the corners when the tumbler tilted."
