"This mug got a 1 because it looks nice. Used it for the first time and my coffee was cold within a half hour and leaked at the mouth piece. Not a travel mug. I will stick with my Owala. Probably good for home but that is it"

Great experience--fits in all of our cars

"We have purchased a number of these over the years. I love them. The negative reviews of (it broke when dropped) or (It's not tip over proof) seem odd. It's not supposed to be a thermos for a construction site or for tossing in your backpack. It's sole purpose is to fit in a cup holder and not be plastic, metal or god-knows-what. Yes the coffee cools, but it's ceramic so just nuke it for 30 seconds when you get to work. At least you can put it in the dishwasher, microwave it and drink form it without being poisoned."

What happened to the coloring?

"Where did the classic colors go? I wanted to update my mugs and order black and white ones, like the ones I had before, but to my regret I found out that these colors are no longer available. What’s in the new collection looks childish."

"Our daughter-in-law loved the mug but sadly it fell on the floor quickly and broke immediately and is now in the trash and that was sad because it was a gift to her for Christmas. Too bad they are not more durable."
