Not impressed

"I don’t understand the great reviews. I can’t even get a decent drink out of mine properly. I assume it’s because there’s no second air hole to allow it to flow. Huge design flaw. It’s also very heavy for a slim size. I gave 2 stars for the slim design and the handle that is very nice. I really wanted to love it. Maybe I’ll get used to it. I needed something lightweight for carpal tunnel still searching. So far Contigo is still No. 1 in my book as far as spill proof, lightweight and fits in car cup holder."

Great for hot drinks

"I purchased the travel mug for the signature no-spill lid--which absolutely does not leak, it's true--after one too many times dropping said lid on a hard tile floor (and it broke). Thinking the mug would be great for hot or cold, once I add ice, there isn't much capacity left for water/tea. However, it does hold a hefty cup of coffee when filled, and stays hot for hours. I have large hands so I do need to clean with a bottle washer, but I love the fact that the lid can be screwed on at opposite points so it's fine for righties AND lefties. And I appreciate the 15% off discount for making a review, because I logged back in to find a big tumbler!"

Not an airtight mug to keep fluids from leaking.

"This is this worst mug I have ever purchased. This mug has leaked in my handbag so many times, because it is hard to see and know if the mug is closed. Also, the hole to drink out of is located on the opposite side of the normal drinking hole. I have to keep switching the sides of the mug to be able to drink the fluids in my mug. I would not recommend purchasing this mug."

Cadillac style and a smooth operator

"Have been rocking this cup for about a year now and this thing has been amazing. I’m in construction and need my drank close by or it gets lost. I hook the handle on my pocket and I’m out! I’ve dropped this thing probably a couple hundred times in the dirt or on concrete and it just keeps on begging for more. You can see in the picture that it’s been punished. Their patented leak proof lid is solid and works well when you want a swig and you got a drill in hand. I can pop that thang with my drinking hand. Love this feature!! Good job product designer!!!! Gold fuckin star to that person! But…and the reason that I came back to the review section…. . What’s the top made out of? What kind of plastic? Look it’s 2025, us customers care about what we’re sucking on. List the plastics in the details so that we know what we’re putting in our mouths. And if it shitty leaching plastic and higher temps such as coffee and tea, findings a better option such as silicone."
