"I loved the look, functionality, and price point of this lunchbox. However, the warming canister is difficult for my 5 y/o (and even myself) to properly secure, so I fear I’ll have a big mess to clean up each day. Also, all original packaging is required for returns, which I no longer have, so I can’t return the item, despite it being brand new, never used (or even washed yet)."
"I love the size of the insulated food jar. My only complaints would be that it’s a little bit hard to open/close for my little 4 year old. And if the food jar is not closed all the way the entire box won’t close. I will just send this box inside a slightly larger lunch bag so that my kid doesn’t have to worry about closing it all the way. Otherwise, it’s great! Fits a lot & stays cold/hot"
"Designs looks good. I mean my kids love the charms. Thats the only reason I wont return it. Its super hard to close especially with the young kids. The jars are so hard to close and open and the lunch box its self its so hard to close. My kids end up bringing home the open lunch box because they can’t close it. Even with out the jars inside its hard to close. I wont buy it again."
"There are a lot of lunchboxes out there and for us, this one checks most of the boxes. I like that there's a section large enough for a sandwich, that it has an ice pack and that the inside is dishwasher safe. It's also easy to open. The only negative is that the icepack is pretty thin and so doesnt last that long. Kinda wish it had more charms too or no charms. The taco, soccer ball and video game controller feel kind of limiting lol. Still works well enough though that I'll be buying another."
"My kindergartener cannot open the thermos. I got the thermos hot, and poured in his soup. My husband couldn't even get the thermos open! It seals itself with the heat. If thats a feature, then they need to have a feature to release pressure. I bought the product because it had a thermos and my son doesnt like cold food."
"Reached out to the company because I was disappointed to find that our lunchbox did not come with an insulated food container even though it was titled to come with 1. Turns out individual colors do not include it, but the title for the product is deceiving. Also reached out because there is a spot for a divider in the largest compartment, but we did not receive one and there does not seem to be one available online. Been waiting over a week for from the company."

"This lunch box is a true game changer. I have been hoping for a convenient lunch box that will allow my 6 year old to have hot lunch and cold snacks. She loves Pasta and fruit, raw veggies and cheese. The condensation from the cool pack made her cheese a little wet/ soggy but her fruit stayed cool. She loves the charms and the colors of the box. I will say, you will no longer need a lunch bag for this box. If you choose to add crackers or pretzels, ect. I suggest placing in a snack baggy to prevent becoming soggy. Overall, this box truly has it all!"
"This lunch box is super heavy. The top opens to put an ice pack in, but it’s so flimsy I’m sure it would break quickly. Also the kids will probably open and play with said ice pack and loose it. The hot cup is hard for littles to open. Also the lunch box is hard to close. You have to push down. My Amazon lunch box is way better. I sold this one on marketplace."
