"I’m hooked. I love my ello. I like the chug design because it’s easy to clean, and easy to transport, and it’s a fun way to keep track of my hydration. I know if I drink a full size, I got my hydration for the day. It keeps my water cold for the entire day — no matter what. Which I did not expect at all. It’s fashionable, affordable, and great for my health. I already bought a second bottle. Now I have one for home and one for travel."

My fault - wrong size

"The bottle would be fine if it wasn't so large. I did not pay enough attention to how large it was. I plan to order a 20oz. bottle soon."

Poor lid

"I hate the second lid. You cannot remove the second lid for nothing and it’s hard when you wanna put ice in your water bottle and you can’t because the second lid won’t open. I wouldn’t recommend this water bottle"

Moldy gasket

"I got one for my daughter and she really likes it, but the gasket on the lid is moldy and I can’t clean it off or find a replacement gasket or even lid online. Only available lids are the sip ones"

Horrible lid

"Keeps water cold but it is almost impossible to open the second lid. I had multiple people attempt to open it and only two out of about 20 of them could open it; even so they struggled. The lid design makes no sense."

Good bottle with potential for improvement

"I really like the capacity, how cool it keeps my water, and the lid's ergonomics. The main complaints I have are how quickly the lid develops a bad smell and that the seal between handle portion of the lid and the second portion falls out easily."
