"I love this jug. It is easily my favorite jug I have used in years. However in the 6 months since I first got it I have had two lids break in the exact same spot. Both times it was not dropped or damaged in any way. The jug is not usable as the lid will not close and water pours out if it tilts over. I am very disappointed and will be looking to buy from another brand going forward."
"I'm on my 2nd ello (lost the first) and I love her so much! She keeps my water ice cold all day and I love that it has a lock and handle. My only issue is that the rubber bands inside loosen up easily, causing the bottle to leak until adjusted. My bottle has been dropped many times but barely has any scratches. Unfortunately, the plastic part of her lid cracked today after a devastating fall. Now she's leaky. I am sad, but grateful for the memories I've created with her."

"Bought this water bottle because I thought the colors were super cute but it lasted less than 1 week before the small plastic piece that locks the lid in started to break off, making it unable to shut. Poorly manufactures for it to break so easily without being dropped or mishandled. The bottle is completely useless now and spills everywhere."

"I love the idea of the pop and fill and I love everything about the water bottle for the most part except the straw and the seal. The straw comes out of the lid at least once a day and the seal comes loose from the lid at least once a week. I don’t know how many times I’ve almost chucked this water bottle out the window because I’m just trying to take a sip and the straw is just laying down in the bottle somewhere or I about lose my marbles because my entire bottle of water has leaked onto the seat of my car. I am reluctantly switching back to Owala because after probably two years, I just cannot take the missing straw and constant leaks anymore."

I cannot stand when a straw or opening is exposed to the elements, I feel so much cleaner knowing my spout is protected from the pop lid. I also appreciate how easy it is to refill without needing to take the entire top off. Finally, the ability to lock the lid is the cherry on top.
