"The product is beautiful! My only problem is the company i had brought the waterbottle like 2 weeks ago and i didnt get it shipped until a week ago. I had to email them wondering when are they going to ship it and the only thing they told me is that they got my order they just havent packed it, which knowing I bought it a week ago should have been more than enough time to ship it.
