Replacement lid and straws

"Cap fits and so does mouthpiece, but the mouthpiece coverlid is not as easily as secured as the original. You have to force it down and the lock isn’t as great. The straws also do not fit as snug as the original straw and original lid or replacement lid. passable, but for whatever reason not as good quality as the original despite being identical."

I purchased a pop and

"I purchased a pop and fill 20 oz stainless water bottle month later the cap which is plastic and broke. I have requested several times for a replacement cap. You sent one which was for a larger water bottle and did not fit since I requested the new cap and have not received it. I would get a new bottle not one of yours, but I bought this bottle on vacation and then filled the outside with stickers from trip. I would stil like a cap for this bottle"

My waterbottle was saved from thr landfill!

"It was so wonderful to find a replacement cap for my waterbottle :) I lost the plastic ring inside the cap and the bottle would leak. I was heartbroken. I thought I was going to have to throw out a perfectly good water bottle. I didn't want to buy another bottle. A friend found the problem - that it was the ring and found the replacement cap. My waterbottle is as good as new! Now my bottle and I can spend some pleasant years together being refreshed :) Thank you ELLO for making replacement parts :)"
