"I bought a couple of these. I really liked them. Only problem, the top stopper gets moldy and mildewed. They sent me a replacement free of charge. The new one has turned black too. I wash my bottle and top daily. I will not purchase till I can buy stoppers instead of a whole new lid"

"It works great! And, its clean!! The obly reason it gets 4 stars and not 5 is because the colors dont match. I have 2 existing Ello glass water bottles in blue and. green but the lid only. comes in gray. Minor inconvenience. Whats most important is that it works, doesnt leak, and is clean. Of note, I tried many possible chemicals to get rid of. the black marks on the silicone lid to no. avail. The new. lid is. clean amd. thats what's most important. I'm ordering a 2nd lid for my other bottle. Thank. you!"
