"Let me start by saying I love love my pop top cup. I even love the lids when they don’t break! It seems the small little piece that locks the flip lid down is made of ultra thin plastic! I have now gone through two lids in just 7 months! I will buy another one but please work on making this piece of the lids stronger."

"Recently bought the pop & fill lid as a replacement for my other lid that chipped. Other than most colors being sold out, this lid is great! Leak proof, fits perfectly on my 32 oz, and keeps my drinks cold. I will note: the popping features are a bit stiff and a little hard to use at first, but after a few weeks of use, it seems to pop easier. Overall, great product at a fair price!"
"Been a year since I've had my bottle and I love it. I broke the plastic cover that goes over the mouth piece (The little plastic bit that latches in), so it wouldn't close anymore. I think I hit it against something. Anyway, my new top came perfectly fine. No damage or anything. I wish you guys had next day shipping but it's ok. Not everything needs to come instantly."
"I like the bottle and the lid concept (plus the assortment of colors and the functionality), but why did I have to purchase replacements after only a few weeks of use? After only a few weeks of my kiddos using their new Ello Pop & Fill bottles, one kiddo’s lid broke because the lock mechanism was jammed and he couldn’t easily move it to get it closed - it shouldn’t so difficult that a 6yo can’t manage it. I noticed my other kiddo’s lid (the sip layer) was cracked - making the lid leak. We’ve had other bottles for years that haven’t had any issues. I was disappointed that these couldn’t hold up for more than a few weeks."
