"This is my second time buying this bottle. I has to buy it to replace my last one because I had to replace the lid twice, and the pink lid was no longer available so I bought the whole bottle again. I love my beautiful ello bottle, but I think if the lid breaks a third time I might have to move on to a different company. Hopefully in the future the company is able to figure out how to prevent the latch on the lids breaking."

Product issue

"My family love this 22oz water bottle and especially the closer with the lock. As the mom I clean these daily by hand and let dry. I treat them like fine crystal because they love using. But for the plastic breaking when using a button open it is a manufacturing issue and should be replaced your replacement at cost online is sold that should a hint."

Why buy just one?

"I received both bottles in really good time. They are perfect in every way. I use my blue one every day and will change it out to the cherry one on occasion. They were extremely well packed and shipped quickly with care. I carry it with me everywhere."

Leaks a lot

"Came within 2 weeks. I dropped the bottle once and all of a sudden its not leak proof anymore. The top of the lid leaks when I tip it to the side and it leaves my bag super wet."

Second lid that has broken in 6 months

"I love this jug. It is easily my favorite jug I have used in years. However in the 6 months since I first got it I have had two lids break in the exact same spot. Both times it was not dropped or damaged in any way. The jug is not usable as the lid will not close and water pours out if it tilts over. I am very disappointed and will be looking to buy from another brand going forward."

ello customer for life

"i originally bought the first, what i consider basic version, of the 22oz bottle at my local walmart and immediately loved it. i’m very particular with my water bottles: they must have a straw, fit into my cars cupholder without any extra products, and be mostly dishwasher safe. this bottle fit every box! i asked for the new pop and fill version for last Christmas and wow, i didn’t think this bottle could get better! the pop and fill fits all these and more. i LOVE how easy it is to fill up. i literally use these bottles every single day, rotating them only when they need to be cleaned. recently, the little tab on my pop and fill bottle that locked the straw cover busted off. this wasn’t the end of the world for me bc the last time i looked, they sold lids separately. unfortunately, they seem to be out of stock. i signed up for in stock notifications but i also submitted a help form, only looking for information on when the lids would be back in stock. they responded within a day and only asked for some photos and personal info to send me a free lid replacement!! i couldn’t be more happy with these bottles and this company"
