"This is my second time buying this bottle. I has to buy it to replace my last one because I had to replace the lid twice, and the pink lid was no longer available so I bought the whole bottle again. I love my beautiful ello bottle, but I think if the lid breaks a third time I might have to move on to a different company. Hopefully in the future the company is able to figure out how to prevent the latch on the lids breaking."

"I received both bottles in really good time. They are perfect in every way. I use my blue one every day and will change it out to the cherry one on occasion. They were extremely well packed and shipped quickly with care. I carry it with me everywhere."

"Came within 2 weeks. I dropped the bottle once and all of a sudden its not leak proof anymore. The top of the lid leaks when I tip it to the side and it leaves my bag super wet."

Second lid that has broken in 6 months

"I love this jug. It is easily my favorite jug I have used in years. However in the 6 months since I first got it I have had two lids break in the exact same spot. Both times it was not dropped or damaged in any way. The jug is not usable as the lid will not close and water pours out if it tilts over. I am very disappointed and will be looking to buy from another brand going forward."

"I’ve been purchasing from Ello for nearly a decade, and I absolutely love the quality of their products as well as their customer service. I have long used their coffee/tea thermos, and have adored the fact that I can buy replacement tops to them when I feel like I need one without needing to buy a whole new thermos (even though I have four already!) I recently purchased their water bottle and love it. My son is a big fan of the little travel utensils, and get excited when we pack them in his lunch. Five stars!"

best water bottle ever :D

"I'm on my 2nd ello (lost the first) and I love her so much! She keeps my water ice cold all day and I love that it has a lock and handle. My only issue is that the rubber bands inside loosen up easily, causing the bottle to leak until adjusted. My bottle has been dropped many times but barely has any scratches. Unfortunately, the plastic part of her lid cracked today after a devastating fall. Now she's leaky. I am sad, but grateful for the memories I've created with her."
