"I loved the water bottle and I had used it for less than a week, never dropped I was very careful with it the whole time. I noticed one day that it randomly started to leak a lottt through the back of the lid and was very disappointed that I could no longer use it since it’s faulty and can’t have it spilling in my bag anymore"

"I have the 24 ounce bottle. I love it because I am unable to use a straw. What I hate is the hassle to clean under the rubber inside the cap. A little brush gets some of the dirt and grime but does not get the mold that grows even with daily cleaning. I will probably buy a different brand that doesn't have this problem."

It's super easy to fill up. I love that the spout to drink from is soft and not hard plastic. It all locks and doesn't spill."

I had higher hopes and expectations after carefully choosing the Ello brand because of all the extra parts available to replace when needed. Unfortunately the product has failed me 2 months in. I am hoping Ello will make this right so that I can give the 5 star review I was hoping to leave for this product. Keeps water cold all day. Pretty design. Easy to carry. Fits car cup holders. Durable bottle. But the top that covers the mouthpiece will not close which for sanitary reasons is why I specifically chose this water bottle. Hoping I received a dud initially. Please make this right Ello."

I especially like how I can lower the straw, because I can shake my bottle if I put powder in it. They keep water and ice cold enough, I wouldn’t say all day, but at least 8 hours. I am pleased with them both."
