Ingredients
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup raw pepitas
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried golden raisins
- 1/2 cup dried mango
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup dried apricots
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk maple syrup and oil together in large bowl until combined. Add pepitas, walnuts and almonds and toss to coat.
- Spread onto prepared baking sheet and bake, stirring halfway through, until light golden-brown, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Add dried fruits and chocolate chips to large mixing bowl. Fold in toasted nut mixture. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
